1. Scope and Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all coaching and consulting services offered by GTFO Tours (“GTFO”), including relocation preparation, planning, and business strategy sessions.

2. Services Covered
One-hour consultations
GTFO Getaway Gameplan/Make a Plan to GTFO
Relocation Coaching Packages
Combined Gameplan + Coaching
Business strategy and projections sessions
Any other coaching package

3. Booking and Payment
Payment is due in full before services begin.
Payment accepted via bank transfer, PayPal, or via the gtfotours.com website. 
Packages must begin within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refunds are available only if canceled at least 48 hours prior to the first scheduled session. 
Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice cannot be refunded or rescheduled. 
Once a report or deliverable (e.g., Gameplan) has been delivered, no refund will be provided.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. If the Client chooses to terminate the Agreement, any unused sessions or services that have been paid for in advance will be refunded at the Coach’s discretion, unless otherwise specified in a separate refund policy. The Coach reserves the right to terminate the Agreement and cease coaching services immediately in the event of unethical, inappropriate, or harmful behavior by the Client.
 
5. Rescheduling & Changes
Clients may reschedule with 24 hours' notice, pending availability. 
GTFO reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for excessive rescheduling.
 
6. Responsibilities of the Client
Client agrees to provide honest and accurate information. 
GTFO does not guarantee visa approvals, employment, or housing outcomes.


7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
GTFO will keep all client information private, in accordance with the EU GDPR. 
Client data is never sold or shared without permission.

8. Liability
GTFO is not liable for decisions made based on coaching advice or tools provided.
Coaching is informational and does not replace legal, financial, or tax advice.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Dutch law applies. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
