Experience intensive learning with up to a dozen or so other Americans who are also planning to make the Netherlands home.

We have a full seven-day itinerary that includes focused, hands-on workshops on six topics.

The most challenging part of settling in the Netherlands for most Americans is finding housing. That’s why we have invited expat-friendly realtors from across the Netherlands to meet with you each day. This way, you can chat with them one-on-one and decide who you trust to help you find your new home. We are confident they are the best respected professionals in the field.

We will visit five to eight cities and towns around the country where expats are likely to want to live including Amsterdam, The Hague, Rotterdam, Utrecht and a number of smaller cities and towns, depending on the interests of the groups, including Haarlem, Alkmaar, Hoorn, Leiden and others. Bring your walking shoes!

We also introduce you to the real Netherlands through daily tours -- walking, biking and boat. You will get an immersive look at history, art, cuisine and more. Most of our travel between cities will happen on public transportation, so you can get around like a local. You will feel like a scholar of Netherlands culture before the end of the week.

The days will start early - by 8 or 9 am and end after dinner. You will have some allotted free time in each location to explore on your own.

The price for a 7-Day Group Tour is 

Per person €1,550, plus VAT, if applicable.

Per couple  €2900, plus VAT, if applicable.

To reserve your space and begin learning from our experts, please pay half of the amount now. You will receive an invoice for the second half upon payment of the first. The final payment is due 30 days prior to the trip. No refunds after 30 days prior to the trip.

The fee includes: All seminars, entries and tickets during the tour,  transportation during tour (incl. trains, bikes, buses, boats, trams etc)

The fee excludes flights, airport transfers, hotel and meals. Depending on the season, these costs typically run €2000-3000.
